The Club Pairs competition was held on Saturday 8th July in lovely, sunny weather - very ably organiser by Percy.

16 couples took part - firstly in 4 groups playing a round robin competition, then winners of each group playing a semi final and onwards to a final.

Semi-finalists were Margaret Cowan & Sandie Christie v Duncan Thompson & Jean Barras,   and Jennifer Nixon & Jim Taylor v Bob Liddle & Lorna Telfer
